Son of Frederick William & Annie Elizabeth Delderfield, he was born on 3rd Sept 1890 and baptised in Aldbury on 2nd Nov 1890 while living in Cheddington.
In 1901, at the age of 10, he was living in New Street, Cheddington. In 1911 he was a domestic gardener living with family.
Married Ivy Welling in last quarter of 1916.
Wartime Service
Living in Watford when he was enlisted, Killed in action around Aveloy Wood. Ivy was living at Rosemary Cottage Northcurch at the end of the war.
