Born on 28 Jan 1897 and baptised on 29 May 1897 in Asansol, Bengal, India son of Robert John and Lorentza Browne. Educated at Haileybury College 1911-15. He later lived at 5 Westfield Avenue, Gosforth, Northumberland.
Wartime Service
He entered France on 25 Jul 1916 and was killed in action.
