Arthur George Austin was a Shoeing Smith in 'C' Squadron, 4th Queens Own Hussars, 5th Division B.E.F.
Below is some information about Arthur, with photographs, but of most significance are three soundtracks. All were provided by Arthur’s grandson, Graham Austin. There are three soundtracks which are interesting for many reasons, but not least because Arthur was telling the stories to his son and Graham was present, but of an age at which he could not have understood the content.
