Remembrance Projects & Organisations
The aim of this section of the website is to provide information on the plans of both National and Regional groups and organisatons who have an interest in, or are working towards remembering the Great War. With so many organisations throughout the country working towards similar goals, we feel that collaborating, not duplicating, will allow the message of remembrance to reach the public domain in its clearest and most effectve form. As one of these groups that forms a historical patchwork throughout the UK, we hope to be able to compliment and provide information to help enrich education and understanding of the conflict throughout the centenary period.
Herts at War are proud to be supporting numerous groups and organisations throughout the Region which are working towards commemorating the upcoming Great War Centenary in a wide range of innovative and ambitious Projects.
