Born in 1884 in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire son of Alfred and Mary Ann (Lock) Durrant and lived at Amwell Street, Hoddesdon in 1891. Later lived Hawkridge, Dulverton, Somerset where his mother came from.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Taunton, Somerset, entered France on 19 May 1915 but died in Iraq.
