Born on 15 Aug 1891 in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire and baptised on 25 Sep 1892 in Hoddesdon son of William John and Eliza (Overall) Titmarsh and living in 15 Ash Street, Hertford in 1901.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Hertford and was with his battalion in Bermuda in 1911. After the outbreak of WW1, he entered France on 6 Oct 1914 and died in the Military Hospital, Whitworth Street, Manchester.
