Born on 31 Dec 1870 in 7 Oak Hill Park, Hampstead, London son of Lt. Col. Charles George and Mary Anne Toller. Educated at Haileybury College 1884-89 and Trinity College, Cambridge (BA 1893) Called to the Bar, Inner Temple on 26 Apr 1899.
Wartime Service
Formerly enlisted Private 2408, Inns of Court O.T.C and was gazetted 2nd Lieutenant Lincolnshire Regiment on 7 Jul 1915. Entered Mesopotamia on 26 Apr 1917 and died in Hospital there.
