Born on 19 Jun 1884 in East Dulwich, London son of Henry and Elizabeth Evans later of Folkestone. Educated at Haileybury College 1897-1901. He married Gertrude Adelaide Smithett on 17 Jul 1909 in Highgate, London and they lived at 15 Bisham Gardens, Highgate, London in 1911. He was an insurance official.
Wartime Service
Formerly Private 10164 Inns of Court O.T.C. he was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant R.G.A. and was killed in action.
