Born on 1 Jul 1890 in Wanstead, Essex son of William and Elizabeth Mary (Morris) Vincent of Ebbsfleet, Epsom. Educated at Haileybury College 1904-07 and admitted as a solicitor in Jul 1914. He married Florence Marianne Grellier, of St. Martin's Croft, Epsom, Surrey on 10 Dec 1915 at Epsom.

Wartime Service

Gazetted 2nd Lieut on 12 Dec 1914, entered Egypt with the Egyptian Expeditionary Force and was killed in action at Gaza.
