Born on 13 Jan 1872 in Brompton, Middlesex son of Herbert William Fisher later of Whitby Ridge, Brockenhurst, Hampshire. Educated at Haileybury College 1886-90. He married Jessie Magdalene Freshfield of Wyth Cross Place, Forest Row, Sussex in 1899. He was an architect.

Wartime Service

Served in France 1917-1918, He was invalided home and died.
