Richard was born in Brandon, Norfolk in 1879. The 1911 census shows him living at 23 Suez Road, Mill Road, Cambridge. He is a machine greaser in a cement works. He is married to Lillie and they have been married for 2 years. Listed on Commonwealth War Graves site as son of late Robert Fisk of Cambridge. Husband of Lily Fisk of Bank Cottages, Baldock Road, Buntingford, Herts.

Previously served in Suffolk Regiment service number 17289.
