Born on 15 Nov 1868 in Hanover Square, London son of Col. Henry Charles and Harriet (Marsham) Fletcher. Educated at the United Services College 1884-85.

Wartime Service

Entered France on or before 14 Sep 1916. He died at Salonika.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
