Born and baptised in 1881 in Ware, Hertfordshire son of Alfred and Eliza Wall later of 7 Priory Street, Ware. In 1891 they were living in Butcher’s Row, Baldock Street, Ware. He was working as a maltster in 46 King Street, Margate, Kent in 1911.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Hertford and was killed in action in France.
