Born on 24 Sep 1895 in NW Province, India son of Col. Edmund and Mrss Caroline Waller of 16 Craven Avenue, Ealing, London. Educated at Haileybury College 1909-12.

Wartime Service

Gazetted 2nd Lieutenant Yorks. and Lancs. on 8 Aug 1914 and entered France on 16 Sep 1914. Died of wounds probably in a Casualty Clearing Station in Etricourt.
