Born in 1895 in Ware, Hertfordshire son of Albert and Alice Elizabeth Harriett Ward and was living in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire in 1901 and in 1911. He was a messenger boy for the Post Office.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Aylesbury, entered France on 9 Sep 1915 and was killed in action in Belgium.
