Born on 22 Jul 1897 and baptised on 8 Sep 1897 in Quetta, India son of Maj. Gen. Sir William Galbraith K.C.B. and of Lady Helen Mary Galbraith. Educated at the United Services College and the Imperial Service College 1911-15.

Wartime Service

Entered France on 5 Nov 1917 and died of wounds probably in Hospital at Rouen following a gas attack.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
