Born on 5 Nov 1880 and baptised on 19 Dec 1880 in Islington, London son of David and Charlotte Louisa Willis later of Galbrand Hall, Ewell, Surrey. Educated at Haileybury College 1893-98. He married Emmie Court Allan Willis and they lived at Cliff Cottage, Seaford, Sussex.

Killed in action.
