Born on 24 Sep 1881 in Bermondsey, London son of Edward William and Ann S. S. Wilson later of 9 Evelyn Road, Wimbledon, London.


Educated at the Royal Masonic School 1890-96. He emigrated to Canada and lived in Marengo, Saskatchewan as a labourer.


In the 2 Apr 1911 Census he is recorded in Wimbledon, London as a visitor staying with his mother.

Wartime Service

He enlisted on 12 Jun 1916 in Sarcee Camp, Calgary, Canada and was killed in action.
