Born on 25 Aug 1899 and baptised on 4 Nov 1899 at Kingston upon Thames, London son of Cecil Thomas and Margaret Dora (Sage) Hale of "Holmwood", Burwood Park Road, Walton-on-Thames. Educated at the Imperial Services College, Windsor 1912-15.

Wartime Service

Died at Turnhouse near Edinburgh.

Imperial Service College was formed in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
