Born on 11 Sep 1894 in 20 Rosary Gardens, South Kensington, London and christened on 11 Oct 1894 eldest son of Robert Augustus and Sylvia Bertha Peplow (later Lawrie) Danvers later of 15 Earl's Court Gardens, Earl's Court, London. Educated at Haileybury College 1909-11.

Wartime Service

Formerly Private 1385 Suffolk Regiment, he obtained his commission on 4 Nov 1914 and entered France on 10 Feb 1916. He was killed in action.
