Born on 25 Jun 1895 in Windsor, Berkshire son of Robert W. E. and Ada Davenport of "Fernbank," York Road, Windsor. Educated at the United Services College and the Imperial Service College 1905-12.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Windsor and entered the Eastern Mediterranean on 21 Apr 1915 at Gallipoli and was killed in action.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942. In CWGC and Forces Records as Reginald Lance DAVENPORT.
