Born in 6 March 1888 in Wormley, Herts, son of Alfred and Rosina Lee. Baptised in Wormley on 4 August 1889. 1911 Census: living with his sister and brother in law, Lucy and George Parker, at Occupation Road, Wormley and working as a farm labourer. His widowed mother was also living there.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Bedford, Beds. Served in France and Flanders. Killed in action.

Additional Information

Mother Eliza was awarded a war gratuity of £3. Arrears of pay were split between his mother Eliza and brothers William and John.
