Lived at Sweet, Briar, Pixmore Way, Letchworth, Herts. Talented artist. Engaged to Gladys Cawston, a musician. Originally a Conscientious objector, but changed his mind.

Wartime Service

Buried by a shell in Summer 1917, rumoured to be dead, untrue. Killed in action. 'Slight Shelling' in trenches near Hollebeke.
