Born on 12 Aug 1881 and baptised on 25 Sep 1881 in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire son of Joseph and Annie Jarvis later of Wantage, Berks. and was working as a footman in Berkeley Square, London in 1901 and as a butler in Ditton Hill, Surbiton, Surrey in 1911.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Wantage, Berkshire and was killed in action.
