Born on 9 Aug 1891 and baptised on 16 Sep 1891 in Eastry, Kent son of Capt. Edward John Jermain R.N. and Elizabeth Maude Jermain. Educated at the United Services College 1905-09.

Wartime Service

Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant on 25 Feb 1915 and left for the Eastern Mediterranean on 9 May 1915. Killed in action at Gallipoli.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.
