Malcolm McLeod Keshan was born in Redfern, New South Wales, the son of Daniel and Margaret Keshan.


He lived at Bell Street, Watsons Bay, New South Wales and his occupation was a Physical Culture Expert. 

Wartime Service

He enlisted on 18 September 1915 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, 19th Reinforcement.


His unit embarked from Sydney, New South Wales on board HMAT A18 Wiltshire on 22 August 1916. He served on the Western Front and was killed in action on 23 August 1918, age 25.
