Born in 1885 in Meesden, Herts., son of James and Jane Kimsey. Married Daisy Hedges, of Sandridge, St. Albans. Herts. on 2 Aug 1915 in Sandridge.


In 1891 Census living at Cottage, The Green, Meesden with parents and siblings and in 1894, education records record him at school in Meesden and failing to meet standard.


In the 1901 Census Living at Meesden with parents and siblings and then in 1907 Electoral Rolls living at Bedwell Park Stables, Essendon.
