Only son of George Frederick and Lila Emily Kingham, of 2, Brick Court, Temple, London, and Mardock Lodge, Wareside, Herts. Educated at the City of London School. Member of the Middle Temple; Freeman of the City of London. Born in London.

Wartime Service

Gazetted 2nd Lieut 5 Sep 1914. Sandhurst 9 Nov 1915 to July 1916. To France Sept 1916. Wounded, shell-shock 29 Nov 1916. After surgery returned to front Apr 1917. Applied to West African Frontier Force in Oct 1917 but was drowned when SS Umgeni was sunk off Scotland with all on board on the way there.
