Born on 21 Sep 1886 in Headington, Oxfordshire son of Maj. Francis Arthur Bouverie Talbot (Oxford and Bucks Light Inf.) and Mrs Alice Mary Beatrice (Lawford) Talbot. Educated at Haileybury College 1900-03. He became a rubber planter in Malaysia. He married Marguerite (Daisy) John in Kuala Lumpur on 17 Oct 1913.

Killed in action.
