Additional Information

Unfortunately, Frederick’s Service Record appears to be one that did not survive the World War Two bombing.

There is an article about and a Death announcement for Frederick in the West Herts and Watford Observer dated 7 October 1916; plus an In Memoriam in the issue dated 15 September 1917.

Frederick is recorded as in the Hertfordshire Regiment attached to the S.L.I. in the Borough Roll of Honour.
