Born on 24 Dec 1893 son of Rev. Percival Burney Talbot of 265 Kildare Terrace, Westbourne Grove, London. Educated at Haileybury College 1907-12. He lived at The Towers, Bath.

Wartime Service

He entered France on 12 Jul 1915 and was killed in action near Ypres during the second attack on Bellewaarde.
