Born in 1895 in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire son of Percy William and Gertrude Nelson later of "West-Minster", Hindhead, Surrey.
King George's Coronation Medal (1911).
Wartime Service
Enlisted on 5 Aug 1914 and was gazetted 2nd Lieutenant on the 17 Sep 1914. He died of wounds probably in hospital at Mericourt on the Somme.
