Pre War

Born in 1885 in Leytonstone son of George and Elizabeth Barker and was living in 8 Capel Road, Forest Gate in 1911 as a coachman.


He married Emma Elizabeth Shadbolt (later Wilson) in 1915 in West Ham, London and had three children. They lived at 86 Stanstead Road, Hertford.

Wartime Service

Enlisted on 6 Jan 1915, he was discharged on 23 Feb 1917 due to illness and died at home.
