Henry Charles was born in Buntingford in 1886 to William and Annie. In 1891 the family were living in Wyddial. By 1901 the whole family had moved to Nottingham and Henry was working as a fishmonger.
By 1911 he is married to Eliza Ann and they have one child Florence who is five. They are living 3 Auckland Street, Radford, Nottingham. Henry is working as a dye house worker.
