Born on 22 Aug 1881 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire son of Thomas Henry and Marietta Richardson. Educated at the Royal Masonic School 1892-99, he became a solicitor in Middlesbrough.
Wartime Service
Gazetted 2nd Lieutenant 4th Yorkshire Regiment and entered France on 28 May 1916. He was killed in action at Martinpuich.
