Born in 1885 in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire and christened in Hertingfordbury on 9 Aug 1885 son of Alfred Nathaniel and Mary Ann (Plummer) Rix and was living in Heston, Hounslow in 1891 and in Isleworth, Brentford in 1901. He was a printer.

Died in Brentford, Middlesex.
