Pre War

Born in 1882 in Willesden Green, Middlesex and baptised on 1 Nov 1882 in Kilburn son of William and Emily (Symons) Brockett. He married Constance Amy Hookham on 3 May 1908 in Hendon and they lived at 47 Villiers Road, Willesden Green and then at The Dell, Chorleywood, Hertfordshire. They had two children.

Wartime Service

Enlisted on 3 Apr 1915 at Willesden, entered France on 14 Nov 1915 and was wounded in the jaw by a gun shot on 5 Oct 1916 but returned to the front and was killed in action.
