Born 6 May 1887 in Hoddesdon son of Frederick James and Emma Lucy (Cant) Brown and was living in 78 Burford Street, Hoddesdon in 1891 and again in 1901. In 1911 he was a manservant at Haileybury College, Hertford.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Hertford formerly 205091 Northamptonshire Regiment and was killed in action.

Additional Information

Brother of Christopher Charles Brown who died on 14 Jun 1916 and is also commemorated on these memorials.
