Born in 1890 in Hertford, the fourth son of Charles and Mary Bullard and living in 35 Townshend Street, Hertford in 1911 (and at the time of his death). He was a basket maker.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Hertford and died in Egypt of malaria.

Brother of Private Herbert Bullard who was killed in action on 30 Nov 1917 and of Private Percy Bullard who died in France on 7 Jul 1918 who are also commemorated on these memorials.
