Born in 1894 in Hertford son of William and Fanny (Cannon) Ruskin living in Maidenhead Street, Hertford in 1901 and in 21 Green Street, Hertford in 1911 as a grocer’s assistant.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Hertford formerly Private 3189 Hertfordshire Regiment and was killed in action.

Additional Information

Brother of Private William Henry Ruskin who was killed in action on 4 May 1916 and is also commemorated on some of these memorials.
