Wartime Service

Leonard enlisted in 1917 and went to France March 1918. He was taken prisoner on 14th April 1918 during the Great German Spring Offensive. Leonard died in the Prisoners' of War Camp at Friedrichsfeld, Nr Wesel, Rheinland on 30th October 1918.
