Born in 1893 in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire son of William and Rosina (Moll) Samuel and was living in 21 Paul’s Lane, Hoddesdon in 1901 and in 1911. He was a “tennis stick maker”.
Wartime Service
Enlisted at Islington, London entered France on 27 Jul 1915 and was killed in action on the Somme.
