Born in 1894 in Hertford son of John Adams and Georgina Saunders and living in 3 Bircherley Street, Hertford in 1901 and 1911. He was a dairyman. Husband of Mrs. A. E. L. E. Saunders (later Mrs Page, of Iron's Farm, Barton, Cambridge.)

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Hertford. Formerly 266240, York Regiment and was killed in action. 

Additional Information

Was variously called James Henry Saunders or James Henry Adams. On the CWGC site, after his death, his next of kin is given as wife Mrs A.E.L.E Page (formerly Saunders) of Irons Farm, Barton Cambridge.
