Born in 1878 in Hoddesdon son of Charles and Jane Selby and was living in 57 Lord Street, Hoddesdon in 1891 and in 1911. He was a bricklayer.

Wartime Service

Enlisted at Hertford and died from illness while at the front near La Bassee.
