Pre War

Born on 7 Oct 1888 in Bath, Somerset son of Spencer Thomas and Clara Harriett (Greening) Colman later of Z Montpellier Villas, Torquay, Devon. Educated at the Royal Masonic School 1898-1904 he became a steam fitter and then emigrated to Canada as a farmer.

Wartime Service

Enlisted on 3 May 1915 in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Died of wounds at No 6 Canadian Field Ambulance after being hit by a shell at St. Eloi.
