Royal Masonic School Memorial, Rickmansworth

Pre War

Born on 19 Dec 1897 and baptised on 12 Feb 1899 in Hornsey son of William Harry and Rosa Cook. Educated at the Royal Masonic School 1907-11.

Wartime Service

Enlisted on 6 Jun 1915 in Willesden. He was wounded in the thigh and taken prisoner but died from his wounds. He was initially buried in Auberchicourt German Cemetery but his grave was later moved to the British Cemetery at Souchez.
