Born in 1889 and baptised on 9 Jun 1889 in St Luke’s, West Holloway son of Henry Richard and Teresa Emily (Morgan) Counsell of 23 Wentworth Road, Golders Green.
He married Olive Wilsdon Treliving in Jul 1914. They lived at 88 Vanbrugh Park, Blackheath, London and later at Clontarf, Chorleywood.
