Born 16 Jan 1875 in Bridgend, Glamorgan son of Captain Fulwar John Colquitt Craven and Sarah Llewelyn (Dilwyn) Craven. Educated at Haileybury College 1888-1890. Living in Nanango, Queensland, Australia in 1913 as a labourer. He married Mabel Ellen Craven and had one child.

Wartime Service

Died of wounds received at Gallipoli.
