Pre War

Born on 2 Jun 1880 in Ninfield, Sussex son of Captain F Pike. Educated at the United Services College 1894-97. Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant Indian Army on 17 Jan 1900 and Lieutenant 17 Apr 1902.

Wartime Service

He became British Military Agent in the Caucasus and was killed accidentally or deliberately by the Bolsheviks in Vladikavkaz.

Additional Information

United Services College, Westward Ho, Devon amalgamated with Imperial Service College in Windsor in 1912 and then moved to Haileybury College, Hertford Heath in 1942.

Buried Vladikavkas Hospital Cemetery.
