Born on 11 Aug 1890 in Oakley, Teignmouth, Devon son of Lt. Col. Charles Arthur de Neufville Lucas (Indian Cavalry) and Maud Fanny Vyvyan-Williams (his wife). Educated at Haileybury College 1905-08 and the Royal Military College, Sandhurst. Commissioned on 29 Jan 1910.

Wartime Service

Died of wounds in France.
